Saturday, August 28th, LCF will be hosting a "chicks only" class from 8:45AM until 10:00 AM
Come on out, learn & practice your skills, then compete in a chicks only wod.

LCF chicks:
-> What are the goals of this class/group 1.) Help build a sense of team and community amongst a "minority" group at LCF. 2.) Build/Develop skills that our LCF ladies may be lacking . 3.) Focus on progressions and substitutions that we may just "gloss over" during regular class times. 4.) Anything else our women trainers deem necessary.
-> What skills do we want to develop. (numbers are the priorities I gave them, but they may change based on what you want!) solid squats. -- 1. perfect presses -- 3. safe, technically correct deadlift -- 2. dietary choices -- ? progressions -- for pullups 4. -- for dips 5. -- for hspu 5. -- for muscle ups
